As a not for profit social enterprise our aim is to facilitate positive social change by doing things differently. We are innovative, creative, pioneering and have the strength of character to make things happen.

Though we compete in the market place like other businesses we do not exist to serve the interests of shareholders and continually reinvest back into the organisation.

We have an ethos of continuous improvement and are always striving to provide the best possible service to our customers and communities.
