Default Q. Do I have to use the warning/exclusion orders for adults who enter with a child?

Q. Do I have to use the warning notices and permanent exclusion orders for adults who enter a gaming area with a child?

A. No, forms SE6 and SE7 are optional. They have been included in your members pack because the Gambling Act 2005 states:
Licensees should consider permanent exclusion from premises for any adult accompanied by a child or young person on more than one occasion to premises restricted to adults, or if there is reason to believe the offence was committed knowingly or recklessly.‘
The warning notice (SE6) and the permanent exclusion order (SE7) are legally verified forms and as well as demonstrating how seriously you take this breach of the Act it clearly explains the consequences of such a breach to the person involved.
