Q. How can I evidence and ensure all my staff are aware of the self excluded person and their responsibilities in relation to the information about that person?

A. As well as the on-line viewing history log for each premises, ‘Count Me Out’ members are also provided with an optional staff awareness log (ASE3). Employees sign this to say they have seen the image of the excluded person and that they understand they must not show images to or pass information on to members of the public. This form has been legally verified and staff sign the form to acknowledge that they indemnify N.S.E.P CIC and your company if they breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
