Q. What if the person who self excluded from my premises, enters and refuses to leave?

A. The self-excluded person has signed their agreement forms acknowledging that if they enter a member’s premises during the term of their agreement they do so as a trespasser. In the unlikely event that they refuse to leave no bets should be taken from the person and in extreme cases the police will have to be called. The ‘Count Me Out’ team should be informed of all breaches of self-exclusion agreements.
