A. The reason why the person wishing to self-exclude must supply a photograph of themselves is because Section 2.5 of the Gambling Act 2005 states:
Licensees must implement procedures designed to ensure that an individual who has self-excluded cannot gain access to gambling; and which include:
- Photo identification and a signature
