As one busy week draws to a close another is about to start for the Empowering-Communities Team. Last week saw the launch of the Norfolk NightSafe-SIRCS initiative. The scheme went live on Tuesday 20th January.
The first Red Exclusion Order Card was issued in Great Yarmouth at 21.45 hours on Saturday 24th January 2009. Less than 10 minutes later over 70 licensees and police officers had been sent the person’s image via the secure NightSafe-SIRCS database. The card was... |
