E-CINS enables support to quickly and effectively be ‘wrapped around’ victims, offenders and the vulnerable. It supports the needs of the community, particularly vulnerable victims and their families and is used by partnerships to manage ASB, Domestic Abuse, Integrated Offender Management, Hate Crime, Vulnerable Persons, Family Intervention Programmes, Youth Offending projects and Youth Nuisance Registers all from one place.
